Attorney Peter Sobota, managing partner and lead counsel, is Board Certified in Aviation Law and earned his bachelor degree in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Aviation and Aerospace Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  He has been a licensed pilot for almost 40 years, holds a commercial pilot certificate with multiengine, instrument, and high performance ratings, and is a licensed Part 107 drone pilot.  Mr. Sobota was named a 2012–2017 Rising Star by Super Lawyers and is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which signifies the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards.  He is a standing member of The Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee, and a proud member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Broward Attorneys’ Real Estate Council (BAREC.)
